Jen Waite’s book, “A Beautiful, Terrible Thing”, deserved a cover that’s as beautiful as her writing. The changing roses from bright and lively to crippling and dead, represent the two sides to her memoir. It’s eye-catching in it’s simplicity and delicacy, capturing the reader before the first page.
